They are RPC Broker related files.  You'll probably find them in the BDK
set of files.

Part of the BDK is the DLL Headers (.H for C, .BAS for VB6, etc).  But
the BAPI32.DLL itself is not the latest version out there.  I found that
out the hard way.

The BAPI / RPC Delphi library (include) is the latest.
