Where did you post it, Rodney? I would like to make a bet that this white paper will be the first white paper with this sort of title that even mentions that VistA exists unless I miss my bet. I have read a description of an allegedly authoritative book and seen its table of contents and seen the description of a whole conference about EHRs than make no indication whatsoever that Open Source solutions of any kind are even mentioned.
