Well.... Its not exactly immediately obvious, but it will probably work for me. It is behind a button that says "mail list SUBSCRIPTION".
Wouldn't it be nice to have a link to it on the WorldVistA site as well? The link there goes to a SourceForge discussion board that seems to contain all of 13 messages.
