I extracted the rich*.dll from a win 98 cd (which I *cough* had lieing
around)  .... (darn allergies)....
I then put them in the 
    .cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/windows/System
folder

and viola no problem......

But... your mileage may vary....

Also... I noticed that I no longer have the problem with the oleauth on
reports or labs.   I think this might be do to installing dcom95 from
the crossover setup.

I also installed IE6 and Mozilla ActiveX Control v1.6
