My new discovery "VistaPHw" (http://www.doh.wa.gov/OS/Vista/vistaintro.htm) seems to have something to do with Washington Department of Health's assessment! Is it related to VA's VistA? And if so, how is information from VistA fed into such a setup?   Usha
