[Hardhats-members] IFCAP Issue Book Request

Hi   I was trying to request for an item from warehouse to the primary inventory point. For doing this, I tried to use the ENTER A REQUEST (SERVICE) option. But it asks for FORM TYPE, which refers to an entry in the CPA FORM TYPE (410.5) file. The problem is that the implementation does not have an entry in that file. The technical manual says that "This file should only be edited through the Control Point Activity package.".  Have any idea?   Usha
