There are many previous answers to this question on this list....please search the archives for replies to similar questions. The simple answer is you have to configure VistA once it is installed....and that at this point is non-trivial. You can find more information at www.worldvista.org (follow the link to the Wiki/documentation pages) and www.hardhats.org websites.
