Ismet, would you please run a Ethereal in the promiscuous mode capturing the connection traffic between the two machines and send me a copy of the output? For you or anyone else that wants to send a capture of you connection, just install Ethereal, start it up right before you connect by choosing Capture, then Start in the task bar, checking off Promiscuous in the dialog box that comes up and hitting OK just before you start the connection with CPRS. You may need to choose and interface at the top. For Debian at least, that is probably eth0 for wired or ath0 for wireless.
