I guess I'd like to hear a possible scenario where some organization like VA
would be calling
World Vista for support, when they have an army of their own in-house
support people.

I'm just trying to understand what future scenario you see Greg, that I
can't visualize, yet.

The point is that it's a *contract* not a grant. This could potentially
mean that the federal government would be paying for support provided
by its own employees.
