Well it is hard.  But it took me at least 2 wks (and I
think longer) to get to your point.  So you are ahead
of schedule.

I think you need to now learn a little bit about
fileman, which is the database manager for VistA. 
This means working with VistA via a terminal for
awhile.  CPRS is really targeted for
clinician/providers.  Everything else needs a terminal
interface.

I would recommend getting starting by:
"do ^XUP"  (leave off quotes)
Enter your access code.  If you don't have one, follow
Nancy's instructions for creating a system manager.
When it asks for OPTION? enter "EVE" (again, no
quotes).
Then enter USER-->ADD
It will then ask for the name of the user to add etc.

You will need to learn about keys etc.

But play with this and see if you can add some users
to the system.
