The answer is yes, Sarge will do just fine.

You can also take any OpenVistA VivA live CD/DVD from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista or the GT.M Acculturation
live CD from http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm and install
Linux, GT.M and VistA all in one fell swoop.
