The NDF files of DRUG INGREDIENTS file 50.416, VA GENERIC file 550.6, VA DRUG CLASS file 50.605, DOSAGE FORM file 50.606, DRUG UNITS file 50.607, PACKAGE TYPE file 50.608, PACKAGE SIZE file 50.609, VA DISPENSE UNIT file 50.64, NDC/UPN file 50.67, VA PRODUCT file 50.68, MEDICATION ROUTES file 51.2, DRUG MANUFACTURER file 55.95 and DRUG INTERACTION file 56 should all have data that is not redacted from the VistA FOIA. The PMI and WARNING files with English and Spanish warning labels are copyrighted and are redacted. The DRUG file 50 is the local formulary and is NOT part of NDF.
There are a dozen or so files that have exported data that point to the entries in the CPT file. Unless the data is put back in exactly the same way, you'll have some very BAD links! Is there a KIDS build that contains the NDF stored to populate VistA so it is searchable by Lexicon? I can get the CPT, would it import from Excel??
