Let me show the line of code another way:

do SETLOCK^XUSLOG(XQXFLG("LOCK"))
  (do function SETLOCK in file XUSLOG with parameter
   of XQXFLG("FLAG")  )
if $length(%)>0 do SETFIELD^XUSLOG(13,%)

When I look in the file XUSLOG.m, the title of the
file says "Job Counting and Signon log". The SETLOCK
function says "Set the Lock we will keep".

But my system doesn't have a function SETFIELD in
XUSLOG.  So I don't know what that is doing.
