You are using the wrong MUMPS implementation! 8-)
Humor aside, what you refer to are not GT.M components or GT.M messages.
You are using another MUMPS implementation, one that I don't know
anything about. I would be happy to help you get VistA up on GT.M,
should you wish to do that.
