Subject: [Hardhats-members] Kaiser's system

I just got a glowing report on Kaiser's new system from a colleague who is
working there and has started using it in the urgent care setting. She
was
"trained" by another physician who just showed he how to use it as they
saw
patients. There is a formal training program online and offline that she
hasn't used at all yet, yet she still finds it "amazing". She said the
speed
with which she is able to document patients, order tests and access
decision
support is really impressive. The system even made recommendations for
changes if ordered treatments did not fit standard practice guidelines.

Glad to hear M is continuing to do well! Congrats to all!
