Thurman, "Out of order" comes from having a value (any text) in field 2 [OUT OF ORDER MESSAGE] for that entry in the Option file. In your case it appears to contain the text "tiu doc". Options are made active again by deleting [EMAIL PROTECTED] the text from the OUT OF ORDER MESSAGE field.
