I have been contacted by a newbie having trouble downloading the single user Cache and I had a problem as well. Apparently Intersystems recognizes that some have a problem, so those of you who have a password or an urge might test it out and see if it works for you so the source of the problem might be identified. Perhaps it is a particular browser or Windows version or something. If you let me know, I will be happy to collect the data and forward it on to Intersystems. -- Nancy Anthracite
