I'm wondering how much spin has been applied to the story. Anyone who knows about these things who looked at the image of the article and commented, perhaps directly, would be appreciated.
In particular I wonder if the system that got resistance in the US military medical service is the older M based one, or the new one that I have seen mentioned which seems to be another effort to replace working but classic stuff with shiny new Microsoft stuff. The DoD one has been around about as long as the VA system I gathered, and the story is either recalling old history very freshly, or relating to something else.
