What that tells you is that no patches have been applied to that particular routine. a patch may, for example, introduce a new parameter or option without even modifying so much as a routine. A better way to check for patch level is to look at the INSTALL file and look for MAG*3. You also might want to check to see that you are both running the same version of the package. Finally, if you suspect that there are differences between the routines on your respective systems and want a more definitive check, try

D CHECK^XTSUMBLD

and choose 'P' for "Package" and enter MAG* (assuming, of course, that this the namespace you want.)
