Welcome to the message board. VistA is the VA code released under FOIA WorldVistA is an organization OpenVistA is code that has been optimized for use outside the VA. VistA Office is the upcoming product to be released by CMS in the next month or so.
I would start withthe OpenVistA code that can be downloaded from the SourceForce Website. There are some install instructions on the WorldVistA wikki board.
