I hope that patient name is not a real patient. This stuff gets picked up by search engines and is on the internet perminantly. Don't use any real data on these posts.

Then select your name as the user to edit. Then Add Physician as a class. I think this is what you are asking. I think there is a way to specify that Doctor A is the doctor for Patient P.
