I have never needed to do anything beyond (a) start Taskman with
something like D ^ZTMB, (b) start the RPC broker with something like D
STRT^XWBTCP(9200)and (c) connect with the CPRS GUI client.

Once done, remember to stop the broker with D STOP^XWBTCP(9200) and then
Taskman with D STOP^ZTMKU before shutting down.

Note: I have always used OpenVistA rather than the FOIA VistA I have
never tried the "direct connect" CPRS GUI client.
