I finally figured this out and thought I would post it in case anyone else ever has this problem.

I was not following the rules for creating Access/Verify codes.

I am just getting back to this…

What would be the best way to check the cross references?

One note of importance concerning this.  I am loading the users into file 200 via a script I wrote, not through the add new user menu.  When I use the menu, this does not happen.  I am obviously missing something in my script.  If I could compare the data from a user entered through the menu and a user loaded through my script, it might shed some light.  Is there a good way to do this?

This can happen with a bad cross reference or one that contains mixed case entries.

I’ve noticed what I hope is a bug in CPRS.  When first logging in and getting to the Patient Selection screen, if you click the “Providers” radio button and scroll through the list of providers and go all the way to the bottom, you can keep clicking the down arrow on the scroll bar and the last provider listed will get duplicated however many times the button is clicked.

I hope this is a problem with CPRS and not my data.  I’ve looked up the last person in the list and I don’t see where he has more than one entry in the New Person file.

Has anyone else seen this before?
