Yes, the second link I gave below is instructions that work best
for installing with the default installation of Apache2 on Debian.

Installing on Redhat or with an older version of Apache is still quite simple 
to do but a
little more difficult to describe because the installation of Apache is less 
modular and
configuration files have different names and locations.
