You are bypassing the restrictions that the VA has imposed on itself, not that you have. The single user version is being used by a single user on a single machine and Intersystems is well aware that we have been doing this for a long time. They know about the instructions on the Hardhats web site and know that I was one of the people who helped to write them.
I do not regard this as a violation of any licensing and within the last few months specifically asked this issue to be addressed by them so that I would stop if they felt I was being a scoff law and so that I would change the instructions on the Hardhats web site. This was prompted because of your previous exchanges with me about this topic. I have not been asked to stop. As I understand it, those of us that are working on this as developers are using this single user version as intended. We are not using it in a clinical setting.
