Except donating money, what else I can do? At an emergency like this, without power, no computer would be usable. Paper chart would be the only option. Physicians in this list might know the procedure. If they had backed up the database into a portable hard drive, and satellite link it from VistA-equipped server (powerful laptop) via, say, a Mobile Communication Platform, (http://www.stormingmedia.us/93/9347/A934724.html) it might work. But I would ship it (the disk) to the closest VA facility that can handle the emergency situation. Home Land Security should have the protocol by now, I hope. This is a nature's terror.
