Gee, this is easy. Dynamic scopeing means that you can write more re-usable code and reduce the potential for unimplied synergy (symbols laying around which can trigger unintended and irreproducable results. It also provides the opportunity to clean up the symbol table as you go. This means that the symbol tables have less detritus left over from calling support utilities or exercising applications.
