Better to have it so intuitive that one doesn't have to teach it at all in 
this sort of setting.

Which reminds me, the news media here in the DC are has been ragging out FEMA 
for having an application for aid that only uses IE 6 or above and requires 
that java script be enabled.  Firefox and Linux were specifically mentioned 
as the programs that were not supported.   I didn't think I would hear the 
day I would hear this sort of complaint from the mainstream media.
