Hi gary, and thank you for responding to my post. Actually a few
years back I attended the annual MicroMD conference in ohio, and had recently
contacted them a few months back. Many of my former clients are unhappy
with their current situation. And I had been looking for an alternative
solution for them. Unfortunately, I have tried to steer away from the
billing aspect of these medical offices and wanted to shift my focus to
EMR. Out of about 150 clients only 3 have implemented or started to
implement EMR, with most of them complaining that EMR was way too costly.
I have not seen any of the new features of MicroMD's product. Did you like
what you saw? Another question I have if you don't mind, do you know which
clearinghouse MicroMD uses to process their electronic claims?
So right now I'm a little confused of which way I
should go. If I should focus on EMR or focus on both EMR and
billing. Let me know how the conference turned out.
