I'm not complaining about lulls. The point is that having sent a
message, I can determine if there was an unreasonable delay in
processing it. Remember that Bhaskar raised the question of moving to
another service because of problems with SourceForge, so the obious
question was whether the list had suddenly gone quiet because of a lull
in the conversation (not a problem), or because of a mail backlog
(potentially a problem).
