In order to make Vista work in my office, I need:
1. GUI Registration
2. HIPAA compliant electronic billing
3. A GUI scheduling capability would be nice, but the text based system
seems to work pretty well.
4. Legacy patient data import.
5. Scanning interface for paper records.
All of which have had at least some airtime on the list.
