I think heard Medsphere was working on an international version of Fileman.

Hello,

Stephen here from waaayyy down south - NZ.

I'm venturing into unknown territory a little here but it 
seems that this is the only(?) place to ask.

I see huge potential in using VistA as the foundation of an 
open-source, country-specific, integrated hospital Patient 
Management System and GP Practice Management System.

Who can I talk to about this? I see that most of the names 
keep cropping up wherever I go so I'm assuming that I'm in 
more-or-less the right place now...

Am I in the right place to pose these sorts of questions? If 
not, could you please point me in the right direction?
