I used the same process (via Excel) to load the CPT codes, which populated the file OK but don't appear in CPRS, I haven't figured this out yet. It should work on any file.

No, to both, Jim.
I just use M to $piece apart a file printed to disc from the practice management system. Others will use something else, of course. I produced a comma delimited file fit for import by FileMan's IMPORT DATA option.

I do want to move to an unattended version that parses demographic data printed on an individual patient and passes it to VistA automatically.
