I wrote an entry for the ALTERNATE EDITOR file, and some brief supporting code. I use the same code to interface also with joe and potentially any other unix editor.
All you would need to use it would be change the code used to evoke a system command on your Cache' Unix. In GTM it is zsystem. Let me know if you want it.
