I'm not sure I know what "aggregating" means here. It seems to be one
thing when you bundle software with an operating system, but other
scenarios seem less clear (such as including a SAX implementation as
part of a device supporting web services, but not making the software
visible as separate files within the OS).

Right. And dynamic linking is becoming the rule, not the exception.

I can understand that Sanchez/Fidelity may not object to the code being
used this way, but it is less clear to me that this is covered by the
license -- but I am certainly not a lawyer!
