Sorry.  Not true.  If you look closely, you'll see that the routines you 
mention initialize the ^%ZOSF global, not the %ZOSV* routines.

MSC FileMan is intended as a replacement for the DI* and DD* routines that 
come with FOIA VistA, nothing more.  There is no intention to offer more 
support in this suite of software for GT.M than the VA does.

My suggestion: get VA FileMan up and running first, on your MUMPS platform 
of choice; then add MSC FileMan and run ^DINIT.
