What specific lower and mixed case names are you referring to on Cache? M2Web routines and globals are generally ht* and view* and %z*. If you have any of those on Cache, I would expect that they are fairly old and there might be some additional prefixes as well, I have been trying to keep the M2Web stuff clearly separated in its own directory.
