I hope I got that right (my mail's already been downloaded and my Mac isn't on the network). Anyway, I'm intrigued and will definitely need to check into it. Persistent objects in Scheme is definitely something I hope to explore (and, in fact, this is what I had dubbed fMUMPS). I know of RDBMS interfaces, and GDB libraries, but nothing at all like MUMPS globals. It would be fantastic to see a language with all the advantages of both Scheme and MUMPS. (Could that be where I'm heading with all of this?)
