Jim, Sorry it has taken a bit to get back to you. The lines look that way because of the difference between unix vs. dos CR LF etc.
I am reattaching another copy which I ran unix2dos on. I just took the configuration file that was on my system, and added my changes. Do a text search in the file for //kt to see what changes I made. I'll not resend the other file unless you want me to. So perhaps you could use this info to extend the installation instructions?
