The IFCAP package (Integrated Funds distribution, Control point activity, Accounting and Procurement) covers acquisitions and payments. There used to be a small "education" package but I think it's no longer part of VistA. Pathology is part of the much larger Lab package. Investigation is ubiquitous in a number of packages.
