During setup of consults for use in CPRS, I did the set up some consult Services and grouped them under 'All Services' using the options in the GMRC MGR menu. This seems to be working fine as I can see/select the service under the drop down 'consult to a service/specialy' while ordering the consult. the consult can be received, scheduled... by the concerned person as well.
I have created a document class and titles for consults (using the TIUF DOCUMEMT DEFINITION MANAGER menu) and run the TIU CONSULT DEFINITION option where it recognises the Class called CONSULTS under the Clinical Douments... that I had created! The problem is that when I try to enter a TIU document for the 'Consult Result Entry' (in the CPRS consults tab) there are no selectable report titles. even though the titles are setup using the above mentioned TIU options. On the other hand if I try to create a new note from the notes tab, it pops up a messgae"You currently have consult awaiting resolution for this patient. Would you like to see a list of these consults?". If I click Yes, it shows the list from which I can select the consult, but as soon as I click the note title, I loose the link. The new note created is a pure TIU document and not linked to the consult.
