Is CPRS-R (the Java front end) officially out of production?

On Wed, 25 Jan 2006, Nancy Anthracite wrote that the "CPRS-R project was
suspended because of cuts in the VA IT budget."

Is this how things still officially stand with this project? (Someone at our
company downloaded the CPRS-R Java code, which appears to wrap the Delphi
CPRS client, and was interested to know if it is a possible alternative
platform for developing an extended, office workflow-friendly Vista front
end without having to reinvent too much.)
