I might add that Greg Kreis with Pioneer Data Systems has a great reputation and what I have seen of EsiTechnology training, the course should be great. As for Greg's course, unless you want to train enough people to invite him to a place to teach a course, his courses are often taught at a VA facility for the VA programmers (that ought to tell you something) but civilians cannot join those courses as it would be a prohibited use of government facilities.
