Hello,   Have you checked to see if your Clinical Coordinator has been assigned the Clinical Coordinator role in ASU? If you do, you might try "All the keys a user needs" and then examine the list of keys. I assume the documentation hasn't helped, so you can try tracing the required keys by hand (or have one of your programmers do it), but that's kind of a last resort.
