Chris, if you are interested in resurrecting this I could help you to get it on the web pretty quickly. I imagine that the code for a Hypertext system based on HTML/HTTP could be greatly simplified over what you had to write to make it work on VT100 terminals.
Do you still have any of the code you wrote for this or design documents describing the indexes and the algorithms for ranking by search patterns?
