One can’t delete the progress note unless specified in
the Business Rule. You must create
the appropriate business rule for that document to perform any action
(deletion). Business rule can be created by choosing the Manage Business
Rules in the USR CLASS MANAGEMENT MENU. Steps: 1) Select the appropriate
document definition 2) Add new rule 3) Select document 4) Select its
current status 5) Select your
action (deletion) 6) Specify Your
User Class 7) Specify Flag
(AND/OR) 8) Specify User
Role This Business rule will be created and then u can perform
