There was a comment made during the recent conference that made it sound like, in the VA, that progress notes are somehow encrypted with the time-stamp from the point of signature. This is not true in the FOIA release, which I know has the cryptography parts removed.
The time-stamp that I see is in the header fields for the WP field, but doesn't affect the text itself. Is there a replacement encryption module that could lock the WP fields?
