Now that I have CPT codes entered (thanks Nancy!), I tried to play with
the IB Billing package. I set up a "Billing Supervisor" with the IB
BILLING SUPERVISOR primary menu. I tried to allocate "All the Keys a
user needs" but it didn't seem to do anything. Therefore I copied all
the IB keys from my text list:

IB CLAIMS SUPERVISOR
IB EDIT
IB INSURANCE COMPANY ADD
IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR
IB PROVIDER EDIT
IB SUPERVISOR
IBCI CLAIMSMANAGER ASSIGN
IBCI CLAIMSMANAGER OVERRIDE
IBCI CM MULTIPLE CLAIM SEND
IBCNE IIV AUTO MATCH
IBCNE IIV SUPERVISOR
IBCNR E-PHARMACY SUPERVISOR
IBD MANAGER
IBDF IRM
IBJD WORKLOAD ASSIGNMENT

and allocated them individually. Then, when I tried to login, I got the
following, and it booted me back to GTM>, which it shouldn't since I
started VistA with D ^ZU.

        Volume set: CD1:dhcppc5 UCI: dhcppc5 Device: /dev/pts/3

        ACCESS CODE: ******
        VERIFY CODE: ********

I found the error below, but can't make heads or tails of it.
