Got it  working, had to make some changes.
System Management Portal
1. Configuration -> Advanced Settings -> Telnet, had to change DNSlookup
to FALSE, else it takes to long to connect.
2. Security Manag -> Services -> Telnet, changed to enabled.
Restart Cache
