I am trying to install vista and am following the instructions from

Am trying to import routines and following these steps below
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/openvista/r$ perl -pi -e 's/\r\n/\n/;' ./VistA.rtn
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/openvista/r$ gtm

Routine Input Utility - Converts RO file to *.m files.

%GTM-E-FILENOTFND, File ZTMGRSET not found
Looks like Do ^%RI and ZTMGRSET are failing. I followed the instructions to a T from the above page, not sure if I missed something.
Any help in resolving this so I can proceed further would be much appreciated.
